In the early hours of August 18, 2020, thanks to the tireless efforts of electrical engineers from the Vietnam Industrial Electrical Equipment and Construction Joint Stock Company (ICO) and personnel from the Hanoi Power Corporation (specifically the Dong Da Power Company), the transformer station at the Phuc Gia Headquarters and Transaction Center was successfully energized.

The project to construct the headquarters and transaction center for Phuc Gia at No. 8 Pham Ngoc Thach (Kim Lien Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi) is developed by Phuc Gia Investment Co., Ltd. The Hanoi People’s Committee has invested hundreds of billions of VND to upgrade the facility for the benefit of the local community. Trusted by the developer, ICO is honored to serve as the contractor for the installation of the 400kVA-22/0.4kV transformer station system.

Prior to construction, ICO collaborated with the Client and the Construction Supervision Consultant to determine the cable routing and reference elevations, ensuring precise and logical execution while establishing a basis for the project’s as-built documentation.

ICO consistently adheres to all terms of the construction contract signed with the Client, as well as all applicable standards, codes, regulations, bylaws, and legal provisions. Prioritizing quality to ensure optimal project performance, ICO exclusively utilizes materials that fully comply with design specifications—meeting 100% of the required quantities and types—and adhere to the manufacturer’s quality standards and certifications.

The recent successful energization of the 400kV-22/0.4kV substation system once again demonstrates ICO’s capabilities in the supply and installation of electrical systems—capabilities that continue to grow within Vietnam’s power industry.
